December 2010 Legal Update:
Dear Southcape Owner: A new law was passed in the Massachusetts Legislature this year that affects your rights as an owner. In short, non-judicial foreclosures are now permitted in the state of Massachusetts. This will allow for a quicker and less expensive foreclosure process that will benefit all parties involved, including in particular, Associations that are negatively and financially affected by a backlog of delinquent weeks.
